Load Board Dispatch extension — Privacy Policy

Last updated October 27, 2026 · IULink SRL, Chișinău, Moldova · admin@iulink.app

The IULink Load Board Dispatch extension (listed as “iulink — Load Board Dispatch”) is a Chrome extension for truck dispatchers. On DAT One and Truckstop it shows rate per mile with deadhead and estimated profit for each load, lets the dispatcher email a broker about a load from their own Gmail, checks the broker's authority, and keeps call notes and team activity for the dispatch company. This page explains what it reads, what it stores, where data goes, and how to delete it. IULink SRL (“IULink”, “we”) makes the extension and runs its servers.

1. An account is required

The extension works only while you are signed in to an IULink account that belongs to an active company account. Signed out, it shows only the sign-in screen and the load board tools stay off. You sign in with your email and a password or a one-time code sent to your email. Because of this, the account and activity data described in section 4 is always sent to IULink's servers while you use the extension.

2. Data the extension reads

  • Load board pages you open (one.dat.com and main.truckstop.com). The load listings already shown to you — lane, dates, equipment, rate, miles, broker name, MC/DOT, phone and email — and the location you search from. Used to calculate rate per mile, deadhead and profit, and to fill your email. The extension does not read any other website and does not collect your browsing history.
  • The IULink team invite page (extension.iulink.app/portal/join/board, or the same address on www.iulink.app). Only the invite code and invited email in the link, to finish joining a team.
  • Gmail, only after you click “Connect Google” for a sending mailbox. The extension asks Google for these permissions:
    • gmail.send — always: to send the broker emails you write or approve in the extension, as you, from that mailbox. This permission cannot read your mail.
    • gmail.metadata — only if you turn on reply tracking (off by default; asked for separately when you switch it on): every few minutes the extension looks at the threads of emails it sent and reads only the From and Content-Type headers of the messages in them, to tell whether the broker replied. It never reads the body or attachments of any email. Turning reply tracking off stops these checks.
    • openid, email, profile — your Google account's email address and name, to show which address you are sending from.

3. Data stored on your computer

In Chrome's extension storage on your computer: your senders (name, sending address, signature, optional MC/DOT/phone, truck location), email templates, saved loads, sent-email history, your call notes, a 30-day record of lanes and rates seen on the boards, broker lookup results (kept up to 12 hours) and your settings. Your settings (not your senders, templates or history) may follow your Chrome profile through Chrome sync.

Gmail access and refresh tokens are kept only on your computer and are never sent to IULink. If you use the RTS credit lookup (section 5), the RTS Pro session token is kept only in Chrome's temporary session storage, which Chrome clears when it closes.

4. Data sent to IULink's servers

IULink's backend runs on Supabase (database and sign-in) and on our server at extension.iulink.app (www.iulink.app answers the same requests for older versions). While you are signed in, the following is stored there so your company and the other computers you use can see it:

  • Your account: login email, name, role and the company account you belong to. When a company admin invites someone, the invited person's email and name are stored and IULink emails them the invite.
  • Your senders (name, sending address, signature, optional MC/DOT/phone, truck location, whether a mailbox is connected) and your email templates.
  • Broker flags and notes: favorite / blocked status and notes you write about a broker. When you save a call, a one-line summary (how the call went, the rate offered and your note) is added to that broker's note, so it is shared with your company too.
  • Activity records (the sent-email log and team activity): email sent / failed / reply received / follow-up sent / call / copy / save / priced, with the lane, broker name and email, rate, miles, deadhead, rate per mile, which template was used, and the time. Your company admin can see the activity of everyone in the company.
  • Plan and trial status: the extension asks the server for your company's plan, its free-trial usage and your daily sending limit before it lets you send.
  • A heartbeat on each sync: the extension version and the time it last checked in, so we can tell who still runs an old version.
  • Company settings that your admin sets for everyone.

The text of your emails, broker replies and your Gmail tokens are not sent to IULink.

5. Third-party services

  • Google (Gmail API, Google sign-in) — sending your broker emails as you and, if turned on, reply detection, as described in section 2.
  • FMCSA (safer.fmcsa.dot.gov and data.transportation.gov) — public U.S. carrier and broker records. The extension sends only the broker's MC or DOT number to show whether the broker's authority is active.
  • Apex Capital (amp.apexcapitalcorp.com) — optional. Only if you pick Apex as your factoring company in Settings and allow Chrome access to that site. The extension sends the broker's MC number to Apex's own broker search, using the Apex portal session you are already signed in to in this Chrome, to show whether Apex will buy invoices from that broker. It is read-only and never runs a new credit request.
  • RTS Financial (rtspro.com) — optional. Only if you pick RTS in Settings and allow Chrome access to rtspro.com. While you have RTS Pro open and signed in, two small scripts on rtspro.com read your own RTS Pro session token from that page and hand it to the extension, which uses it to make the same read-only broker search RTS Pro makes (sending the broker's MC number to RTS) and show the broker's RTS credit grade. The token stays on your computer in temporary storage, is not sent to IULink, and is not used for anything else. Turning the feature off, or removing the site access in Chrome, stops it.
  • U.S. Energy Information Administration (www.eia.gov) — the extension downloads EIA's public weekly diesel price feed automatically (at most every few hours) for the profit calculator. No user data is sent.
  • OpenStreetMap Nominatim — turns the truck location into coordinates and back: the city you type or search from (for example “Houston, TX”), or the search-origin point the load board shows. This is never your device's GPS location.
  • OSRM routing (router.project-osrm.org) and OpenStreetMap map tiles — receive the coordinates of the truck location and the load's origin and destination cities to estimate route miles and draw the route map.
  • Supabase — hosts IULink's database and sign-in (section 4).
  • Paddle — if your company admin starts or manages a paid subscription, the extension opens Paddle's checkout or billing page. Payment details are entered on Paddle's page and never pass through the extension.

6. What we never do

  • We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not transfer it to anyone except the services listed above, as needed to run the features you use.
  • We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not use it to judge anyone's creditworthiness or for lending. (The FMCSA, Apex and RTS lookups only show you a broker's public authority or credit grade.)
  • We do not read, store or transfer the contents of your emails.
  • We do not track your browsing outside the two load boards.

7. Google API Services — Limited Use

The extension's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It also adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is used only to send the emails you ask it to send and, if you turn it on, to detect broker replies. It is not transferred to others except as needed to provide those features or as required by law, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans unless you ask us to for support, or it is needed for security or required by law.

8. Keeping and deleting data

  • Disconnect a Gmail mailbox any time in the extension (Settings → Senders → Disconnect), which also revokes its Google token, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Removing the extension deletes everything it stored on your computer. The 30-day lane record and the 12-hour broker lookup results expire on their own.
  • Removing a sender or template in the extension removes it for your account.
  • Delete my account: in the extension, open Account → Delete my account and type your login email to confirm. Our server then deletes your senders and your own templates, removes your name and email from the company account (you are shown as “Former dispatcher”), and permanently closes your login. The activity records of emails you already sent stay in your company's reports without your name. A company admin who still has a team makes someone else the admin first; if you were the last person in the company account, it is switched off.
  • Server data is kept while your company account is active. To delete a whole company account and all of its server data, or for any other request, email admin@iulink.app — we answer and delete within 30 days.

9. Security

Data travels over HTTPS. Server data is protected by per-user and per-company access rules: a dispatcher sees only their own senders, templates and activity, and the company admin sees the company. Our server checks your sign-in on every request.

10. Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date. Questions or requests: admin@iulink.app — IULink SRL, Chișinău, Moldova.
