Privacy Policy

This policy covers iulink.app and the forms on it: requesting dispatch service, booking a TMS demo and asking for early access to the load board extension. It is short on purpose. IULink SRL (“IULink”, “we”) runs this site.
Using the Chrome extension? It has its own policy: Load Board Dispatch extension privacy policy. The IULink TMS is covered by the agreement you sign with us.
What we collect
- What you type into a form: name, company, email, phone, MC number, and whatever you tell us about your trucks, fleet, team or the demo you want.
- Basic request data: the time you sent the form and your IP address, which we use only to stop spam and repeated submissions.
- Anonymous site statistics: page views and which buttons were clicked, counted without cookies and without identifying you.
We don’t ask for payment details, driver records or documents on this site.
How we use it
- To get back to you about what you asked for: a dispatch call, a TMS demo or extension access.
- To send you one confirmation email that we received your request.
- To understand which pages help people find us, so we can improve the site.
We don’t sell your details, rent them, or add you to marketing lists. We don’t send anything you didn’t ask for.
Who helps us run the site
A few providers process data on our behalf, only to run these services:
- Vercel hosts the site and counts anonymous page views.
- Supabase stores the requests you send us.
- Resend delivers the confirmation email and the notice to our team.
We share your details with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep a request while we’re talking with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact so we have the history if you come back. If you become a customer, your details move into our customer records under your agreement with us.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@iulink.app from the address you used on the form and we’ll handle it within 30 days.
Security
Requests are sent over HTTPS and stored in a database that the public site can add to but can’t read back. Only the IULink team can see them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
