Terms of Service
Last updated October 29, 2026 · IULink SRL, Chișinău, Moldova · hello@iulink.app
These terms apply when you use iulink.app or subscribe to iulink — Load Board Extension, the Chrome extension for DAT One and Truckstop (the “extension”). By creating an account, starting a trial or paying for a subscription, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you register.
IULink’s truck dispatch service and the IULink TMS are not covered by these terms. They are provided only under a separate written agreement signed with each customer, and that agreement governs them.
1. Who we are
The extension and iulink.app are provided by IULink SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova, based in Chișinău (“IULink”, “we”, “us”). Questions about these terms, your account or billing: hello@iulink.app.
2. Accounts
- The extension is for businesses that dispatch freight: carriers, dispatch companies and their dispatchers. It is not for personal or consumer use.
- Each company has one admin account: the person who signs the company up on our website. The account goes live when the free trial starts with a valid payment method. IULink may suspend or close a company account if the details given are incomplete or inaccurate, or if these terms are broken.
- The admin invites dispatchers and is responsible for who has a seat, for keeping the company's details accurate, and for everything done under the company's account.
- Keep your sign-in details private. Tell us straight away at hello@iulink.app if you think someone has used your account without permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the extension only for real freight business, and not to:
- break the terms of DAT One, Truckstop or any other load board you use it on. You need your own valid subscription to those boards, and you remain bound by their terms. The extension is not affiliated with or endorsed by DAT or Truckstop.
- send spam: unsolicited bulk email, messages unrelated to the load posted, misleading sender details, or email to anyone who has asked you to stop. Every email must be about a real load or a real truck you can cover.
- use Gmail or any connected Google account in a way that breaks Google’s Terms of Service, the Gmail Program Policies or Google’s API policies. Connect only mailboxes you are authorised to send from.
- send from a carrier’s mailbox or under a carrier’s MC number without that carrier’s permission.
- copy, resell, reverse engineer or work around the limits of the extension, or use it to scrape or bulk-export load board data.
- use it for anything unlawful, including breaking anti-spam, privacy or consumer laws.
We may limit sending or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell the admin why.
4. Free trial
Each new company gets a 7-day free trial with every feature on. A valid payment method is required to start the trial; it is entered on Paddle’s checkout and nothing is charged during the trial. Unless the company admin cancels before the trial ends, Paddle charges the subscription for the seats and billing period chosen at sign-up when the 7 days are over, and it then renews as described below. If the trial is cancelled, access ends when the trial ends. One trial per company.
5. Subscription and billing
After the trial, the extension is a paid subscription per dispatcher seat, billed monthly or yearly, starting automatically when the trial ends. Current prices are shown on the extension page and at checkout; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Prices do not include taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s own terms apply to the purchase (Paddle buyer terms). Your payment details are entered on Paddle’s checkout and are never seen or stored by IULink.
6. Renewals and seat changes
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the price and seat count in effect at that time, until you cancel. Adding or removing seats takes effect as shown in the billing portal; Paddle may charge or credit the difference for the rest of the period. If we change prices, we will tell the company admin by email at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal.
7. Failed payments and the 7-day grace period
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry it and we will let the admin know. Your company keeps full access for 7 days after the failed payment. If the payment still has not gone through after those 7 days, the extension’s tools are blocked until the payment is completed in the billing portal. Your data is kept while the account is blocked.
8. Cancellation
The company admin can cancel at any time from the extension’s billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and are not charged again.
9. Refunds
The first payment of a new subscription can be refunded within 14 days on request. After that we don’t give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. The details are in our Refund Policy.
10. Data and privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our website privacy policy and the extension privacy policy, which form part of these terms. You are responsible for having the right to use the contact details and mailboxes you connect, and you own the content of the emails you send.
11. Availability and no warranty
We work to keep the extension running and useful, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. The extension depends on third parties we do not control, including DAT One, Truckstop, Google/Gmail, FMCSA data and map services; when they change or go down, features can stop working until we update the extension. Rate, profit, mileage, broker and credit information is a guide only: check it before you book or rely on it. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, IULink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost loads, lost business or lost data, or for the actions of brokers, load boards, carriers or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the extension is limited to the amount your company paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the extension and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for spam or fraud, or puts other users or third-party services at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will warn the admin first and give time to fix the problem. If we close an account without cause, we will refund the unused part of the paid period.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, and the courts of Chișinău, Moldova have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country requires otherwise. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to sort it out.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will email the company admin at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the extension after that means you accept them.
